As always, in mid pandemic or not, I always have my customers play and check all my work before leaving. All the reviews are usually right after work completion and not after 9 month. If ever a customer is not satisfied with work done a simple resolution can be made before leaving the premises.
In a not so perfect world one still tryes to do better within current circumstances…..

Chet scratched my $25,000 Kawaii grand piano right on the logo. He said, "I'll polish all this brass", and as he said that he waved his tuning fork and scratched over the logo in 4 places. Every time I look at my piano, I think of the mess he made of it. Also, it was odd that he showed up in an uber and had obvious trouble hearing my voice. I strongly recommend finding someone else to tune your piano. I'm heatbroken.
