I recently visited Ace hardware at 11673 Collier Blvd. in Naples, Florida. I was greeted immediately when looking for a not so easy thing to find or do by a young man named J.R. He took charge of my problem and went overboard taking care of it. Usually in some other stores I visit, I can hardly find someone that cares to help, let alone someone who who works there and knows what I need and where it can be found! I was very impressed with what a good job he did! I wanted to express this because it unusual anymore. Thanks J.R. Susan
