I was impressed the first time I visited Stone Illusionz' s showroom. I was greeted and welcomed right away. I explained I was in the "just getting an idea" stage for selecting new countertops. All of the questions I had that first day were answered. Several days later I received a follow up call. I felt good that my interest in their product and services was taken seriously. After a friend had her countertops done, I decided to get moving on my project. I went back to Stone Illusionz and was very impressed that they remembered me by name. I was able to bring granite samples home in order to make a decision on color. I was given a written quote estimating the amount of granite I would need. I actually kept the samples over the weekend and looked at another facility for the design I intended to choose. I was also given a written quote there, but there were shortcomings. The other place could only provide a stainless steel sink and I did not want stainless. They could not come out to measure for more than a week and a half! Stone Illusionz came out to measure, gave me a discount on the sink I wanted and brought it with ten days later when my new countertops were installed. My experience with them was professional, honest, efficient and well completed. The price from them compared closely to the other place I went to. I was glad to do business with a company in Naperville and not go to another town. I love my granite countertops and my sink. They even made a cutting board for me! Stone Illusionz rocks!
