Never used a travel agent prior to finding My Travel agent. Dawn said that they did not charge a booking fee and can suggest first hand several hotels in Hawaii that she stayed at. I felt comfortable knowing that she has been there, it made it easy to make my decision. Looking forward to doing future business with them
