Provided by DexKnowsOwner could care less and has a real attitude. I arrived 30 minutes after ordering a carry out pizza as they instructed. I paid for it and stood and waited while the owner was handing out orders. After 20-30 minutes past, I stepped up and asked the girl at the register to check on my order. She asked the owner and the owner said, "they forgot to put it in when you called, it will be another 10 minutes." I asked why they did not tell me when I ordered. She said, "Because it is not a BIG deal." I let her know that she was right had she bothered to mention it when I first paid, but that YES, now I do think it is a BIG deal. What a SH****Y attitude. I'll better had the cashier said that she would have fired her.

Provided by DexKnowsI have been ordering pizza for Little Italian on Bailey for over 2 years and can honestly say I have never had a bad pizza. I am a big fan of their thin crust and am impressed with the fact they have been consistant with their quailty every time, which is why they get my repeat business. I have tried pretty much every pizza place in the Naperville and Plainfield area, and this is by far my favorite place for think crust.

Provided by DexKnowsLittle Italian used to be a favorite of Maplebrook families until we went there as a group. They would not allow us to bring an alternative for 2 gluten free customers (1 adult and 1 7 year old). Our group spent over $500 there this Saturday afternoon - the owners were sarcastic, agressive, and threatening.
