Contacted company on 4/5 - left message regarding helium rental. Stacie called back - I advised her I would like to rent tank for my son's birthday on 4/13. She let me know that she would need to check to verify the price (& provided me with a lot of valuable information regarding the tank and service). She verified that per the website the price for the size I needed would be $95 + $5 for the regulator - however, there may be a $10 or so difference depending on the price of the helium. Advised she would check exact pricing & availability (but there should not be an availability problem) & call me Monday for my billing & let me know when the helium tank would be at their facility so I can call to schedule pick up time because someone is not always at the facility. No response - I called back on Wed - spoke with Ryan who told me that he was headed to Stacie's house - would have her call me. Emailed her same day - no response.My son's party is now over - luckily found it elsewhere.
