Once I got there, Omar was extremely helpful and worked out a great deal for me. The test track gives you a great idea of your vehicles capability and I was SOLD! Best care buying experience ever, truly. The employees were honest and it did not feel uncomfortable or like I was playing number games. Buying a car ALWAYS takes a long time, but this was not stressful and went by fairly quickly. Sherry made sure I had all the accessories I wanted and absorbed the shipping cost right to my door. TERRIBLE SERVICE. My salesman was clearly taking advantage of me when making his sale. His whole attitude changed when my dad came with when he decided he would negotiate prices after all. Additionally, the "one year maintenance" is a JOKE! I have taken my car in three different times now for minor fixes and have had to leave with no work done two of those three times because the loaner car I was guaranteed was not available. It was extremely frustrating ESPECIALLY because I called ahead. Be prepared to wait over an hour for a loaner car and not be taken seriously. ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE SERVICE. Do not make the mistake I did by buying from Dan Wolf Chevrolet in Naperville!!!
