Ingrid Grant who works in the collections department is very nasty. Is not taking the time to go through receipts and in fact said that the receipts I show for paying them are nulll and void. Really???? What account is the monies going to then? Every time i have called I keep getting a recording that keeps going right to beginning and asking me the same questions. I have tried to contact this place. In addition, I am a senior and disabled and she has literally threatened me over the phone. Nasty corporate headquarters and not a great place considering it is located in Naperville, Illinois. The Bolingbrook office is phenomenal and the staff is wonderful to my mil, but the corporate office totally has no business ethics, especially the above person, at all.
