i worked for almost 2 yrs with the company in melbourne fl, i was not very satisfied with the treatment of their employees. i WOULD SAY IT WAS ALMOST BARBARIC. the customer service reps at this facility were quite unhappy and it portrayed in their voices which reflects customer service to the customer. how can you provide top service if you are miserable.currently i have gained employment with a reputable organization and i am quite satisfied with my company.we provide excellent customer service because we as employees are treated so well.
