New Lenox Store is horrible. Will not stand behind their product. Won't return calls or emails for service problems. Stay away.

I visited A Cozy Fireplace because I wanted to add a gas log set to my fireplace. The salesmen were extremely helpful and went out of their way to show me how to install everything. They could not have been nicer or more helpful. I installed it myself with not much problem, and am very happy with the fireplace. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fireplace, because of they specialize in fireplaces and their customer service is excellent.

Not only is the service great but the prices are the best in the area.
