The center organizes a boot camp intensive fitness program and dance and aerobics classes. It provides massage therapy solutions. Synergy also organizes swimming lessons for children and adults. The center conducts tai chi and yoga learning sessions. In addition, it is a part of the Queen of the Valley Wellness Center.
