Health and Human Services Agency provides a variety of central administrative and planning functions. It operates Alcohol and Drug Services Division, which is responsible for alcohol and drug services to individuals and their families dealing with issues related to tobacco, alcohol and other drugs. The division offers case management, after care, and residential and outpatient treatment programs. It provides health care services for senior citizens and visually and physically impaired individuals. Health and Human Services Agency is operated by the County of Napa in California.
