I went there for some investment advice. I always had received great service from the bankers and staff there. And the investment guy a year or two before was great, but didnt have any money to invest at the time. When I did come into some funds- the guy they referred me to- well maybe the least knowledgeable & most incompetent man I have run across. I know its their job to refer me to whomever the investment person is- but this was ridiculous. No standards evidently. I will not mention the man's name as to not go against the guidelines set up here for reviews. I can't understand how a bank as seemingly well run as CHASE can hire this man. He tried selling me an annuity which I didn't want. When I asked him some what I thought were simple questions, he couldn't answer- didn't know. I was willing to overlook the nickel and diming with fees, the issues we had with refinancing, because I liked the staff so much. But, this "financial advisor" is causing to to go elsewhere.
