All you can eat. Used to be great! Good food, good service. Past few times quality has dropped off a lot. Service is gone! They have changed my tip twice. I know how to tip. I've worked in restaurants 7+ years. Never will visit them again...

This is our absolute favorite Sushi place.... We use to drive to the Boise location, and we were sooo happy when the Nampa location opened. We go and eat at IOU at least 3 times per month. You have to get the all you can eat, and the Bronco roll is a must try. Ask them for there Special Off the Menu Something Roll, it is to die for!!! The service is spectacular, and the guys who roll the Sushi are simply amazing. Excellent all around!

....me and my wife ate at IOU Sushi tonight Jan 19th 2011.. First time there but we heard it was really good. It is alot better than really good they have some of the best sushi and rolls I have ever had. There "Bronco" roll is a absolute must try.. The waitress who helped us was the nicest person you could come across... The guys who were whipping up our sushi as needed (they do have a all you eat price) were very friendly and funny... they put alot into making there food look great and taste even better.. A must try for all!!!!
