My agent at this office is Chris Pullman and he has been the best agent I have ever had. He has always been able to beat the current rate I was paying for cars, boat, ATV, house, etc. I have referred my family and friends to him and they have all gone with him for their agent and they were very pleased. He is honest, easy to talk to, and has always been available to talk to me to answer the tiniest of questions. He makes me feel like I am his only client even though I know he is very busy. He has always explained things to me well and has shown a very complete understanding of the insurance business, good and bad. I have never been oversold by him or given more coverage than I needed. He even told my friend when she was better off staying with the life insurance company she was with because it would not benefit her to change to his company in her case. I am happy to have a great agent that I can trust will never sell me something I don't need just for his financial benefit.

20 year customer. Never a problem until I tried to temporarily add a borrowed vehicle when mine died. I just needed the vehicle insured until I purchased a new car. To hell with these guys. I stuck with them for years. I'm just a number. I'm not saying that you haven't worked hard, but Its dedicated customers like me that put you where you are Mike Newell. Thanks for nothing!
