Full Throttle offers gas-powered, Indy-style go-carts for zipping and zooming around their two tracks — a figure 8 and an oval slick-track. Carts seat one or two people, and the height limit to ride is 55 inches. Also visit their sister facilities, Mutiny Bay Adventure Golf next door and Nags Head Raceway a half-mile south.
