Went into this store to send a Mother's Day gift by 2 day mail on 5/5/09. I was told that the package would go out the next day (5/6/09). I paid not only to get it shipped in time for Mother's Day but also to track the package. I checked the status on 5/8/09 and the system indicated that the package was processed just that day. I called the store and spoke to the same employee who processed it initially and she couldn't give me a straight answer as to why it would take that long to be picked up. Needless to say that the package will not make it to the destination in time for Mother's Day and I won't be using Post Net's shipping service again.
