Terrible experience with this office billing. Charged me 11.40 of which I paid online. Next thing I know I get a notice from a collection attorney for failure to pay. I called and expained that I had paid the bill and got a refund check for 11.40. Once straighten out I sent another 11.40 and got that check back also. Someone needs to make some changes in their billing department.
