I went in to get a part for my washing machine and the part number that I got from whirlpool was incorrect. I took the part back and Christina told me she would exchange it (and magically the new part was the exact same price as the first part) when she brought the part out to give to me it was in an old beat up box with all kinds of things scratched off and the part was clearly used and rusted. I said I didn’t want an old rusted part for the same price as a new one. She told me she would order a new one in. I was hesitant because I was on a time constraint. I asked her about a new lid latch as well she never called back about that part. The part took longer (only by a dayish) than expected but I’m that time I had to order a new washer since I would not be able to have the part installed. I had a family member take the old rusted part that she insisted I tried back to the store and ask for a refund since I had to buy a new washer. She said she wasn’t the person who could decide that and that I should try and sell the part on the Internet. I now have the brand new part that she ordered still sealed in a factory box that they will not return. Furthermore, when you go you are basically forced into paying cash. Ive called once a week to try and talk to Christina to see if she ever talked to whoever is in charge of refunds and she has not returned any of my calls. In the past I’ve used Dew’s and D&L without any issue, but in a bind I used PCW and got ripped off. I ended up paying $72 for a $25 part. Save yourself the time, energy, and money and avoid PCW.

The PCW Technician was to our home twice to fix a thermostat. I had even worse issues with it after he "repaired" it. Plus, he tracked mud in the house and left greasy fingerprints all over the wall and thermostat. Ended up calling another company who came and fixed the problem right the first time. Would never call PCW again!

I highly recommend PCW Appliance for their Sales Dept Service Dept Parts Dept Installation Dept. I do not know what happened with the 2 negative reviews nor would I normally mention or question someone else's opinion. However in one review in spoke of there only being 2 reviews and both being bad so therefore they (PCW) must be. Like I said I do not know both sides but lets don't forget there are two sides! Now what I can speak on is my experiences and those that I know personally and I can honestly say that no one person or business is 100% perfect 100% of the time. However I do know that PCW and Mr. Eddie Parker would if given an opportunity make any wrong RIGHT and this I have witnessed. I am proud to say I'm a PCW Appliance Sales & Service Inc customer and have been for over twenty years. Thank-You & God Bless To All DW

absolutely horrible service,technichans who don't know anything!I've been waiting for over 2 weeks for a door part for a bosch dryer.meanwhile I'm spernding $$$$$at the local laundrymat on dryers! I would not reccomend pcw to anyone, ever! what a joke! they couldn't care less!!!!no small wonder thatnthey have only 1review and it's bad too!

Called to have my dryer and vents cleaned....$125 later all that was done was my flex hose duct was replaced. They were suppose to have taken the dryer apart to clean it but it never happened. Also had to pay additional $45 for my washer to be looked at by a different "certified tech" on the same day from the same company...... the "dryer tech" looked at the washer it and diagnosed what was wrong with it and I STILL had to pay $45 for it! Called, complained about the poor quality of service and I was only charged the $45 for the "non certified" techs diagnosis on the washer. We won't be using them again needless to say. Having another company come out to CLEAN my dryer the right way!!!
