I have been going to this Nail Salon for about 2 yrs. I don't have a specific nail tech that I see because they all do a decent job. I believe they don't like that I'm not stuck on one person. But anyways, I went there on 5/16/16, with my daughter who's 8, wanting to get a mani/pedi & my daughter toenails done. As I walked up at 3:55pm the nail tech saw us and locked the door. I knocked he didn't look back. There was only one person sitting in a pedicure chair. It's not like it was busy,they were closing at 5pm. I went back today to speak with the owner but he wasn't there. I saw the nail tech addressed him and he lied stating he was taking care of a customer, he didn't have anyone in his chair. I went to the Dollar Tree next door and walked by the shop at 4:15, he was sitting, doing nothing. I have never been disrespectful or rude since I have been going there. I make sure to tip them well and always say thank you! I tell you I will never frequent this establishment again!
