Detailed, thorough selection of desirable tenants through reference verification, as well as complete credit background verification, utilizing all possible credit report services. ? Preparation & execution of legally binding lease agreement & related documents with tenant ? Familiarize tenant with rules & regulations in the lease, as well as neighborhood restrictions ? Complete walk-through inspection with incoming tenant ? Efficient control of collections, encouraging prompt payment by the tenant ? Maintain complete accounting of all funds being collected and paid out by our office ? Prepare specifications for any repairs and maintenance to property ? Secure estimates & supervise completion of repairs ? Outside vendors & repair personnel properly licensed, insured, & bonded for your protection ?       Litus to Let manages 3 property we own and totally satisfied with their high responsive and honest services. I would recommend them to any homeowner association looking for no headaches. HOA made simple! Thanks for your great work

      love staying at darlington, terry & wanda are great. gotta watch out for lucy. NOt. she is a sweetie. can't wait till we get to go back and you know you are always welcome. they try to make sure to get you want you want. personality wise you could not ask for any better people to stay with. Hey, Terry, ya'll don't even have to give us a discount. lol hope irene isn't messing with you and soon as we can we will be there. save a paint brush for us, will be glad to help. Terry and Libby. (also buddy you haven't met him yet he is so much like pup was. Know buddy and lucy will be fine together.
