The associates are rude and you will not get the flowers you think you ordered. The pictures on the website are only for the premium flowers but are paired with the standard pricing so you think you are getting a good deal but then receive filler flowers. I ordered the For All You Do arrangement with roses and daisies and recieved carnations, daisies, and fillers. When I called to complain, the associates blamed me for not knowing the difference even though it is their website that is incorrect and does not show the pictures of the arrangement you will actually receive. Do not buy from this florist.

I was having a small wedding and was doing my own flowers. I ordered two weeks in advance just three stems. The day that we went to pick up the stems they did not have them. i was looked at as if i was insane and had stupid written on my face. After i produced the recipt i was told that they could have them in 1 hour, upon returning i was presented a vase with around 5 or 6 tiny dying green blooms. To say the least i cant use these and have very limited options as to what i can do now
