after reading all of the reviews I agree with many the positives & the negatives. They have the best selection, best prices, best dog, most friendly & helpful sales people (or clerks!! for the negatives). It is kind of funny so many of the negatives have the same vocabulary! As for being more professional I think they just prefer friendly & maybe they are not decorators they just have experience or really enjoy decorating & helping. Their advice is free!! there is no obligation. I can't imagine anyone from this store being rude & anyone that has come into this store knows better. As far as a salesperson being pushy, they are just trying to offer their help but would be happy to just let you look. I have been a customer for years & the best thing I can say about the owners is their Mom would be so proud of how they have taken her business & worked so hard to make it work, because she loved it so dearly!

I recently made the trip from Wilmington to visit Fabric Showcase. I must say it was well worth the trip for me. I found beautiful fabric at a terrific price and the sales staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Fabric Showcase will definitely be my "go to" store for all future home decorating projects. In fact, I'm planning a girl's day out which will include a trip to Fabric Showcase!

This is a GREAT store. Biggest selection anywhere and really good prices. The salepeople were super helpful. I'll go back again and again. Good location too, easy to find.

Best selection in town!!! The store is very large with lots of beachy fabrics, nice employees, and good prices.

Nice store, lots to choose from, and very neat and organized. I found great fabrics that cost way less then other stores in the area. I think I saved $5.00 per yard, and it was exactly the same as the other stores. If you want to save, go to Fabric Showcase

agree with others, pushy sales people, dog is cool.. but a long way from a self-decorating approach. Don't waste your time. Fabric is less expensive on the internet, and no whinning from the clerks how bad their day was.

Great place, great prices, great selection, friendly staff, cool dog! I was very pleased with this store, will be returning for all my decorating projects. Much better selection then any other stores around the area, plus cheaper then the others too

Went to this store on black Friday, was impressed by there selection, but the employees were not helpful, and down right rude The tension in the store could be felt as the clerks didn't want to be bothered with a lot of questions. After asking a few detailed questions, decorators and designers they are not. If they had real designers who knew about drapery and upholstery construction it would be more helpful. Please don't guess about how you do it. If you don't sew and don't know specifics then don't try to sell me fabrics and say it will all work out. Friends had referred me to this store, and after telling them my experience , they said it depends on what day of the week you go. How about a sign in the window..."someone who sews and knows in today" the rest can read "beware.. pushy owner in today...shop at your own risk" the knowledgable "designers" are worth their weight in gold" they will help you make the right decisions, just hope you go on the right day.

Pushy, arrogant sales people. Will try to sell you any fabric, even if its n ot the correct type for your project, watch out. Their sense of color coordinateing is everything matches as long as they make a sale. Don't believe their yardage estimates either, I ended up short 3.5 yards for my drapery. ( even with exact sizes, they only give "estimates". Shop around.

This is such a great fabric Store!! their prices are EXCELLENT!! they have high end fabrics for designer prices and the gals there are so knowlegeable, friendly, and always ready to help you! When in myrtle beach, visit this fabric store! If you live there! you are sooo lucky! I would do my whole house in their fabrics~
