No questions, no excuses, Corner Crooks come out at night and slither through the parking lot. Stop by your local Sam's for an industrial size jar of vasoline. For your cars journey of 2.8 miles, it will set you back for $210. Cash only and you better have the correct change. What a racket!! Is this legal? Sounds like the IRS needs to be informed.
