My elevator was in bad shape until I called this company. What a pleasure to deal with such professionals. If you can get em' to work on your project (get em') (A company in high demand) You can speak right to the president of the company directly with your problem. He has over 25 years of commercial & residential experience. They may not be the cheapest, but they keep you informed every step of the way and really look out for their customers.
