Neat store with great selection. Great local ownership.

I am a long-time regular customer. When I first began shopping here more than 15 years ago, they were located off of Lake Arrowhead Rd. but they moved to their new location on 38th Ave. a few years ago. There are 2 smaller branch stores located in North Myrtle Beach and in the Carolina Forest Shopping Center near Conway. They offer a variety of canned, refrigerated and frozen foods, snacks, healthcare products and vitamins. They have a small selection of organic produce, granola and nuts. They don't have a meat department with fresh organic meat and fish like the big major chains do, i.e. Whole Foods Market and Earthfare, but they do offer frozen organic meat. If there is anything you want or need that they don't have, they will be glad to order it for you. Also, they have a small restaurant in the store and offer salad, soup and sandwiches. Store and restaurant hours vary according to the season. I highly recommend it.
