I've been using this cleaners for years and have never had an unpleasant experience. The staff is great and friendly and even greets you by name.

The dry cleaning was good. What I didn't care to deal with was the unpleasant woman behind the front desk. If she hates her job so much that it makes her come off rude to the customers, it's time to find something different. I will probably not bw using them again solely because of the sour puss that's ringing me up when I dropped off my clothing.
