Great service! My computer was really acting up and I called around and found The Computer shop. I figured they are close to home, so why not try them. When I brought it in they said it needed a cleanup and It would take 2-3 days. They called me 2 days later and said it was ready. When I brought it home it ran really good. I am very pleased with the service and the amount of time it took them to fix it. I would definitely recommend them, and I will be a returning customer! Thank you!

Terrible service before they even came out. Spoke to John about the problem, he said he would be out after 1pm the next day. Next day by at 2pm no John. Called shop they said business was slow they sent him home, he must have forgot your appt. they were going to have him call me back. By 3pm I heard from him, he forgot, will get baby sitter and be here in 1 hr. 3 hrs later no John. Left 2 messages for him, person said they would contact him. By 5pm still no John. I called and left message to forget it. I call another company who came out in 45 min. John showed up at my door at 6:15pm. Reason for not calling me back, he doesn't own a cell phone. He got lost for a few hours is why he shoed up 6 hrs later. I am 3 miles from shop.
