I made a fortuitous decision to stop in for advice on which route to take as I'm from out-of-town and had never ridden in Muskegon (riding in on the Musketawa Trail from Grand Rapids which was very nice ride--competely paved with an overhead canopy of trees for much of the way through farmlands). The man in the bicycle shop stopped his work to help me, gave me thorough instructions how to navigate through the city, and even gave me a great map with the bike routes marked. I would definitely use this bike shop for any repair or puchases the next time in Muskegon due to their GREAT customer service (which I hope is soon since it's a very "bicycle-friendly" city).
