After I told her I could not change my times, the owner changed them anyway! Rude comments about a serious injury made to me while on the table by the owner!STOPPED going to Lakeshore Massage because I was being BULLIED and HARASSED by the OWNER! The Owner called me 4 times to reschedule more appointments. Left 4 voice mails.Last call she put me on schedule then told me to call if I could not make it.Not one apology cause she had NO REMORSE for MALTREATMENT of a seriously injured client! The owner is a cruel, manipulative, and greedy predator.Every Michigan resident who pays auto insurance pays into Michigan Catastrophic Fund. YOU paid for this care because this Fund paid for Lakeshores treatment!Contact your state representative and demand PROTECTION from Predatory Insurance Adjusters / CCM RNs / Providers like Owner of Lakeshore Massage!
