bought a new boat from them and went to register the boat and it took 3 calls to finally get someone with enough brains to be able to get the correct VIN number .took a week vacation to go fishing and within the first 3 hours the boat sun dolphin american 12 started filling with water in the lower section due to a faulty installed lower drain plug.i returned the boat and asked kl for a refund of my registration fees since i did nothing wrong ,except buy their boat ,and i was told they cant help me.so i bought a new pelican boat and no problems, but these people could care less, maybe made in america dont matter to them in Michigan anymore,good thing the car plants closed if they build them like they did this boat....
