4 separate delivery occasions. #1,Forgot chips, #2found piece of plastic glove in lettuce, #2forgot chips again, actually called this time and brought back wrong chips, #4 so little avocado on my sub I didn't even see it or taste it right away, even searched through it, finally found a small small amount between cheese, they showed up with new sub but wanted to take old one back even after I had already ate a quarter of it..... Never had that happen before
