We help our clients install and maintain the technology they need to efficiently operate their businesses. Our involvement ranges from the occasional computer repair, to full support and management of our clients' entire technology infrastructure. At Valueforge, we place a strong emphasis on planning. Planning is the key to success in maintaining an efficient computer network. We help you plan and implement whatever computer technology is appropriate for your needs. Any hardware or commercial software you may need is obtained for you at our cost. Because of our knowledge of the marketplace, and the discounts we receive for doing substantial repeat business with our vendors, this can often mean a significant savings for you, the client. Valueforge offers three service models to meet your needs. Managed Services Plan: Using one or more of our managed services plans gives you the ability to remove unexpected expenses from the computer support equation. Best described as a health-plan for technology, this support model provides unlimited maintenance support to your computer network for a flat monthly fee. This fee is often less than what would be paid using a Pay-As-You-Go or a Traditional Service Plan model. Modified Service Plan: You may also take advantage of discounted service pricing by making an annual commitment to pre-pay for a specified numbers of support hours each month. Valueforge's unique variation on this type of service plan is that we do not require our clients to own a crystal ball with which to forecast future needs. Unlike the use-it or lose-it provision of our competitors service plan offerings, Valueforge does not confiscate unused monthly support hours. Pay-As-You-Go: If your preference is to pay for technology support as the need arises, Valueforge has two plans from which to choose.
