Cody, tech 339C, is the main reason I'm providing this higher rating. Mother Nature dumped on Pittsburgh, and it must have caused a backup in the dispatch desk. My husband was frustrated when our 4-hour apt window was missed, then when he received a call late day asking that we move our service call to the next day. He was able to hold Roto-Rooter to an evening service call and Cody came within the hour. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed a cracked PVC pipe ~ 4' back from the discharge point was the cause of the flooding problems. He offered alternatives to correct the problem, a good representative of Roto-Rooter. Thank you, Cody!!
Jordan took very good care of our needs all while being professional and prompt with everything. We were very pleased.
We had 2 gentlemen by the names of Chris and Leonardo. Both were very professional and very informative to our situation. We were given options from starting at a lower cost and if that did not work, what the cost of next step was. Both were also super friendly and amazing with our son. They were very busy today and were a small bit behind but they called to inform us prior and called again as they were on there way. I would definitely recommend them!!!!
