Hello I was a customer of RJF Financial. When I read there was a couple rip-off reports I felt compelled to write this. When I originally was in the process of buying my home in 2005, RJF was a competing lender. As a result of their involvement my interest rate was driven down. At the point RJF could not get me a better rate, it was suggested I take the better rate by the competing lender. In 2007 when it was time to refinance. I went back to RJF because I felt they were very professional. Everything that was done was by the book. When I mentioned what other lenders were doing as far as embellishing appraisals. Robert said, "his company is ethical and by the book". Which I truly believe is the case. My refinance was done very much to my satisfaction. Robert Fanzo also did a short sell for another friend of mine in 2011. I believe he was pleased with the job done. Robert Fanzo also helped me for FREE on other issues.
