Dr. V and his amazing staff are very professional and you will be greeted with smiles all throughout the office. Very helpful knowledgeable and right on point when it comes to taking the best care of your animal whether it's an emergency or just a simple Wellness examination I can assure you his prices are very fair and reasonable. You will get an honest quote no gouging at this office. I've used many veterinarians in the past and I highly recommend Angel Care Pet Hospital for any and all of your concerns with your precious pets!

Needed a second opinion

Took my dog in for swelling to her upper right eye/ cheek. I thought it could have been an abscessed tooth but the vet said it was most likely trauma to the eye due to rough housing with the other dogs but he still put her on antibiotics and pain meds??? After a week of the antibiotics the swelling went down so the antibiotics worked and when I took her in he still kept saying it was only trauma to the eye and if it was an abscessed tooth it needed to rupture before treatment?! Isn't the plan of treatment for the swelling not to rupture??? Anyway, I left feeling very uneasy about his diagnosis and another week her swelling came back and so I went for a second opinion at another vet. Come to find out she had TWO fractured molars and one had already abscessed, hence the swelling! She was immediately scheduled for dental surgery and put on high dose antibiotics and pain meds. She is now on the road to recovery. Other than his misdiagnosis, they said they took care credit and they only take a minimum of $550. So, I was left cold calling my family and friends to help with the bill because they wouldn't work with me at all when I called ahead of time and confirmed they would even take care credit. I get there and then they wouldn't even take it. They did nothing to ease my embarrassment and since I was a new client they didn't even try to give any discounts on the shots or exam. Their total for their exam was the same total of the dental surgery, exam, medications and even a rattlesnake vaccine!! He is overpriced at best. I'm sorry but even though he does care about animals I did need a second opinion. I give 2/5 stars.

Dr. V and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They will answer your questions honestly and straight forward. They will not try to sell your any type of products and only recommend the minimal requirements to keep your pet healthy. Vaccination is cheap here, they will give your Shot Clinic (discount) prices even if your come in on the weekday not Saturday. All staff are willing to let your know the prices up front so no guessing. Highly recommended!
