I ordered flowers through FTD,and upgraded my order to a largest size & higher price. This florist sent the wrong size arrangement & the flowers in the arrangement weren't what I paid for. When I called FTD to let them know, I was told that the florist would send someone back & pick up the wrong arrangement but refused to replace it with the correct one. FTD had to contact another florist in the area to replace it & deliver the correct arrangement the next day. I think this is very unprofessional of the florist & for the money I spent, they should have received the proper arrangement I ordered. I will advise anyone thinking of using this florist (Nature's Gardens Flowers & Gifts) to think twice about it. How many other people have they ripped off by taking their money & not sending the correct arrangements, in which they paid for. This is upsetting to have to deal with & not to mention unethical & poor business on their part!!
