• Mediation with Attorney Present
  4 hr 30 min. A mediation held with one or more attorney's present with their clients. $120 per hour.

• Evening appt. with Attorney
  4 hr 30 min. A mediation held in the evening hours with one or more attorney's present with their clients. $120 per hour.

• Full Day Mediation
  7 hr. This blocks an entire day for mediation. There is a 3 hour minimum for this service and the hourly rate is $120 hour.

• Eighth District Mediation
  11 hr. Mediation in Vernal, Roosevelt or Duchesne. This choice blocks the full day for travel. mediation is $120.00 per hour with a 4 hour minimum due as a deposit prior to mediation, non-refundable. No fee for travel.

• Logan Mediation
  5 hr 30 min. Mediation in Logan, Utah. $120 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.
