My family has used Thunderbird Travel for multiple oversees vacations in the past. Naturally, when my fiance and I started planning for our Jamaican honeymoon, I immediately though of Thunderbird. I live two hours from Murphysboro and all communication with Cyndi was through email or phone. Although we never met in person I always felt confident in our travel details. Cyndi was amazing to work with! She was able to find multiple different locations that could work within our budget and organized everything from the flights to our hotel accommodations. Every part of our vacation was organized and worry free thanks in large part to Thunderbird Travel! I have and will continue to recommend Thunderbird Travel to all family and friends looking for an agent.

I cannot recommend Cyndi highly enough. A friend & I wished to travel to Israel. We wanted to plan our own schedule & needed help with arrangements. Initially I went to another area travel agency. The agent said we should not do this. You are two women alone, go on an organized tour. I explained that we had been to Israel before; I had lived there many years ago; I knew people there I wished to see. We did not wish to be constrained by a tour. After 3 visits it became apparent she would do nothing to help us. I went to Thunderbird Travel. Cyndi said she had never done a trip to Israel like this, but, would do all she could. My friend, starting from Florida, added another wrinkle. Cyndi kept in touch with both of us. She arranged the flights, car rental and accommodations. All went off without a hitch. She made it seem as though she did trips like this regularly. Cyndi was a pleasure to deal with. I would go to Thunderbird Travel again without hesitation. Belinda P.

My husband and I have experienced professional, consistent great service with Thunderbird. On our last trip, Cynthia recommended the use of a wheelchair inside the airports and it was the best recommendation for those who cannot walk long distances.
