      Doesn't even deserve a star!!! gave a completely false/wrong report!!! said foundation was in good condition so we bought the house...only to find out the house has serious foundation problems which we now have to fix!!! no wonder it's cheap!!! will pursue in court!!! STAY AWAY!!! Better pay a bit more and get a correct report!!!
