Rick cares about people. I thought I got the right hitch for my Mini Cooper, but unfortunately I didn't. After all was done and ready for the new hitch, Rick's helper had to put everything back on, because I ordered the wrong hitch ( because no where on the car did it specify Countryman. I have to ship it back and get the right one. Rick said there was no charge, we'd settle up when I got the right one. This guy is ( OLD SCHOOL), I like that, God Bless him!
