Can I give them 0 stars? Seriously, these people are absolutely focking abysmal to deal with.

They don't have very many honest people working there. Told me their modem would work in my area, it does not! When I returned next day, they said they would have to return part of the money in a check mailed from them, other part would have to come from Cricket. To which neither place has refunded my money and it's been almost 3 weeks. ( I paid cash) Cricket says the store should refund all the money, so here I am playing the cat and mouse game with Wireless Connection and Cricket, So I would say becareful buying a product from this company! Also want to note that they are very rude when calling and asking question about refunds, guy hung up on me when I called. I will be reporting to the BBB on this company.
