I have been a member since 2009. I have never had a problem. The staff is great and there plenty of equipment. The classes are included as part of the monthly membership fee. No a la carte pricing like most gyms that offer low membership fees then charge extra or have conditions in their contract. This place is straight forward and easy to do business with. Wish they had a steam room and could use different colors to brigthen the place up a bit.

I love the MAC. I have never had any issues. I have never had to wait to a cardio machine (like i have had to at many other gyms). The cardio theatre is awesome, and I also love being able to watch my own personal TV when I'm in the mood for that. The group exercise classes are fun, and they are all included in your membership. Staff are great and helpful.
They have someone that has been coming in and cutting locks off lockers and stealing wallets. When I told management about it I got the run around like they didn't care. I asked if they would have an employee patrol the lockerroms more and they said they don't get paid enough to do that. Their employees are college kids and all they do is stand around talking to each other. Their service is terrible compared to what they charge their members.

it's not all that great for the price...you have to pay extra for tanning and other classes...Olympus is only $14.99 a month with no discount oposed to MAC's $29.99 a month with a discount thru my work...Olympus has free tanning also...my MAC membership is up soon thank goodness...
Great people with a lot of knowledge. Good environment. Great Smoothie bar.
