Today was my 4th time in needing to use this clinic. I've never had to wait longer than 30 minutes and I've found the entire staff to be very nice. I think it's a very good, convenient clinic when you need them.

If you want a nurse practitioner to snap at your already sick child and call them a "drama queen" when they are attempting to follow directions, this is the place for you!! Nurse Ratchet asked my daughter to "give me a really deep breath" she overdid it like so many kids do. She then proceeded to look my daughter square in the eye and almost yell "try it again and don't be such a drama queen about it!" My daughter tried it again, best should could because now she was crying. That said the nurse on staff that day? she was in her 40s but an absolute doll! My daughter rarely gets sick and the nurse picked up on her nervousness immediately and got her laughing and everything before the nurse practitioner came in and ruined drs for my child

As a practicing nursing professional for 30+ yrs, take my advice and don't go to MMC NOW. Seen on Sunday, was told if problems persisted within a few days call for refill by Janice, supposed nurse practitioner! Called four days later for refill, was told " we don't do follow ups" and they weren't sure who Janice was, and had difficulty finding my records!! Appalling! Be very afraid of this clinic. I hope Joey Peay is aware of this nonprofessional behavior by one of his satellite offices!!

Turned away, because they were sitting no one except us 3 myself nurse practitioner, office worker!!! They can't do anything so don't waste your time, gas, and your ears for what they tried to say to not have to work it really suck!!!

This clinic turned my sick son away. We have insurance, but not the insurance that they accept. So then I said I'd pay cash for them to treat him and they said they couldn't see him because it would be insurance fraud. So they turned us away. How can it be insurance fraud when we were going to pay cash? This was the only clinic within walking disatnce and now we are stuck...
