Professional, trustworthy, outstanding, if you don't use this person to attempt to fix that appliance instead of buying a new one, you didn't need then you have too much money to care about what broke anyway. Old school service caring quality, there is just no reason to consider anyone else at all but Kens to fix that washer or dryer! Plain OUTSTANDING, not enough words to describe how good this person was and a fair price as well FAIR!!!!!
