I love it. I have been training here since 05 and I still learn something every class. Everyone here is easy to get along with and the instruction is great.

I've been training with Guardian since around 2004. I've always been pleased with the instruction that I've gotten. It's amazing how far they've come from. Some of the other reviews are pretty funny. I say try them out, and see for yourself. And if you're not satisfied, there are certainly other places to go. But you owe it to yourself to at least try it first.

My family and I have trained at Guardian for more than 6 years my two sons have moved from the kids classes to the adult classes so we can now train together. The time we spend together there will be remember for the rest of there lives. I feel like i have given them a skill that will benefit them in every aspect of there life from now on.

Make sure that you don't lose your job or income, because they will still take your money! And they will make no apologies about it. The main person that I had to deal with was very unprofessional. I was ignored (after leaving numerous messages, even with other employees, I luckily caught him on the phone), then was told that the situation was handled and the money would stop coming out. I then received another phone call telling me that I had caught him off guard before and that they would still take money out of my account. The actual mixed martial arts part of this place may be worth it, but I would definitely not recommend them if you want to deal w/ considerate professionals.

I was not very happy with this place. They were overpriced at 160 at month. There sometimes was not enough help when instructing and i would not learn the actual moves. The staff was friendly and the facility they have is pretty nice. Very open with alot of space. Overall i do not recamend gaurdian. I now train at nemesis mma in mboro and i think it is a much better place to train with a better deal.
