Have used Fann Mechanical for years, but my last issue was due to a storm and it was raining and below freezing. My heat was not working and they came out and fixed it and I have not had a problem since. In fact, have a homeowners claim in which I am requesting to use again because the company is local, reliable, and has an excellent track record. Thank You, Joel & Angel Blair
