WORST place we have ever used!!! they have had our laptop over 2 months. ordered the wrong parts. wont give us any input on when it will be done. don't return calls and get an additued when we actually do get a hold of them. the own WILL NOT talk to us about the issue. VERY unprofessional. Please do not!!!!! use these people awful customer service.
First off, these folks have moved to bigger, better quarters! I have done multiple custom PC upgrades and I have had them at my house integrating the PC's to 4 audio/video set ups. Their ability to do the latter really sets themselves apart. Also, if you give them enough work (e.g. multiple PC's) they usually will not mark up parts unlike their competitors.
