Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Me and all my friends will never eat here again. We gave them a chance to handle a complaint and they didn't. They didn't make an order as asked and refused to make it over we gave the food back and asked for a refund receipt in hand. They didn't make it over nor give a refund but kept the food in store. When a review was left on Facebook a response was given and they had the nerve to lie and say we wanted a refund without bringing the food or receipt back. We in fact had both and they could check their video cameras. So don't eat here Murfreesboro has tons of other places with better customer service. None of MTSU should eat here because they don't know how to treat customer. Try slick pig or Whits but Do Not Eat Here.

the BBQ was very good and the service was quick and friendly. The drive thru is fast and its becoming a local favorite of ours.

If you love great comfort food. This is the place!
