When it came time to replace the liner in one of those, I went to their office to get a quote on a liner replacement.after pulling my file giving me a quote on a liner install, i asked for them to furnish a copy of the pool specs to insure I ordered the correct one. After taking 50k of my money they refused to supply me a copy of my own pool measurements. What kind of business are they running? They are holding my pool measurements as hostage to leverage that they are the ones who replace the liner! horrible customer service ! BEWARE !!

Very helpful staff. willing to get you the products and services you need while watching how much you spend. They will actually look for less expensive solutions if they believe it will be as good a fix as the more expensive counterparts.
